Pasta Jambalaya II

What you need:
- About 2 1/2 lbs boneless chicken cut in cubes
-1 lb pork sausage (cut in half moons)
-One onion
-One bell pepper
-Lea & Perrin's Marinade for Chicken
-A pint of heavy whipping cream
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Tony's seasoning and black pepper to taste

How to make it:
Chop onions and bell pepper and sauté in butter over medium heat. After the onions and bell pepper are sauteed, add chicken and sausage. Season with Tony's and black pepper to taste. Stir often. After the chicken and sausage are lightly browned add Lea & Perrin's and simmer - low to medium heat. Stir often. Then add heavy whipping cream. You will probably need to add some more Lea & Perrin's. Continue to simmer over low to medium heat until it thickens. Stir often. Serve over cooked pasta (penne rigate). Top with grated mozzarella cheese.
